Friends of Patricia Lundstrom of Homewood are holding a fundraising event at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 19, to help her family with the costs of cancer treatment.
The event at Flossmoor Community House, 847 Hutchison Road in Flossmoor will include entertainment, food and raffles.
Lundstrom has battled cancer for several years and is currently receiving hospice care, according to organizer Marie Jarrell.
Money raised at the event will be used to pay family living expenses and medical bills, Jarrell said.
