Election worker appreciates mayor's thoughtfulness

It's a welcome sight for election judges to see Mayor (Richard) Hofeld arrive at the polls every Election Day. This presidential  election on Nov. 8 was no exception.

Of course, we're always glad to see our friendly mayor.  But he gives us reason for more. Mayor Hofeld always personally greets each precinct table of election judges, and gifts them with a full package of delicious cookies from Panera's restaurant at Cherry Creek in Homewood.

Thanks Mayor Hofeld for always remembering us workers with your appearance, as well as your thoughtful and sweet dessert treats.
