H-F's production of 'Big, The Musical' starts Friday

Ava Jones as Susan and Darrow Richmond as Josh tough it out in a scene from the Homewood-Flossmoor High School summer theater production of "Big, The Musical TYA." Josh is a 12-year-old who in this scene has miraculously becomes a 30-year old toy executive who falls for his co-worker Susan. Performances are at 2 and 7 p.m. Friday, July 20, in the Mall Auditorium. Tickets are $7 for adults and $5 for students, children and senior citizens. (Provided photo)

A great community deserves a great newspaper. The HF Chronicle was created in June 2014 as an online publication. In December 2015 we began monthly print publication, too. Our mission is to chronicle the life of our community — news by, for, and about the people of Homewood and Flossmoor, Illinois.
