All Nations Church welcomes new senior pastor

Members of All Nations Community Church installed Steven W. Bell as senior pastor during a ceremony Oct. 7. It also marked the 45th anniversary of the church in the H-F community.
 
The church, at 18620 Kedzie Ave. in Homewood, had its first service Oct. 7, 1973. Services are at 10 a.m. Sundays, and 7 p.m. Bible studies on Wednesdays.

“I believe that life is better in community. Our desire is to help our neighbors like you to learn about God and how He loves you and wants the very best for your life,” he told congregants.
 
Bell comes to All Nations after serving as pastor of a church in Little Rock, Arkansas, and was the church planning strategist for Greater Little Rock Arkansas.
 
He received a bachelor’s degree in leadership and ministry from Central Baptist College, and master’s degree in divinity from Memphis Theological Seminary.
 
Bell and his wife, Joycelyn, have two children, Olivia and Noah.
