VIADUCT CLOSURE – Flossmoor Road viaduct will be closed from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. today for routine maintenance. Traffic control measures will be in place and traffic will be rerouted to 183rd Street and Vollmer Road.
BICYCLE BINGO – Throughout September, cyclists of all ages can play Bicycle Bingo for a chance to win a “massive” gift basket filled with goodies and gift cards from Homewood and Flossmoor businesses. Pick up a bingo card from GoodSpeed Cycles in Homewood, and fill the squares by riding your bike to H-F businesses. Prize drawing is Sept. 30.
