Keeping a routine: Janet Caldanaro of Intense Conditioning is helping members continue their workouts at no fee. She’s even delivered dumbbells and other pieces of equipment to their doors. Instructors have posted schedules for workouts on Facebook, and some routines  are available virtually. Caldanaro opened the business at 18033 Dixie Highway in Homewood six years ago, but the pandemic forced her to shut down. She has instituted a special $30 fee for new members.
