Early on April 22, as team after team marched under the tracks, the concrete walls reverberated with the roar of enthusiastic little leaguers preparing to start a new season.

About Us

A great community deserves a great newspaper. The HF Chronicle was created in June 2014 as the Homewood Chronicle (but we soon realized Homewood and Flossmoor are so interconnected that it makes better sense to cover both villages). Our mission is to chronicle the life of our community — news by, for, and about the people of Homewood and Flossmoor, Illinois.
