It's not too late for Homewood and East Hazel Crest residents to tell their stories in video.

Homewood Public Library is still accepting submissions for its One Minute Movie Festival. All ages can apply, and there is no submission fee. Prizes will awarded, according to project coordinator Kelly Campos.

The one-minute time limit for each entry was designed to enable participants to focus more on telling their stories and less on technical extras.

The deadline for submitting entries is midnight on Friday, May 27.
