The Chicago Southland Chamber of Commerce and the Homewood Area Chamber of Commerce are teaming up to host a casual networking event from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 23, at Flossmoor Station, 1035 Sterling Ave. in Flossmoor.

Tickets are $25 for members or $35 for nonmembers and include appetizers plus two drinks of beer or wine. Tickets can be purchased in advance online.

Rodney Young, president of Homewood Area Chamber of Commerce, said Business & Brews is the first event co-sponsored by the two organizations.

“We’re so excited to partner with the Chicago Southland Chamber for this event,” Young said. “We believe cross-chamber collaboration is going to be important in seeing economic growth in our region in the coming years.” More information and tickets at http://bit.ly/2OOD1Jq.
