Ingalls Development Foundation to host virtual fashion show fundraiser

The Ingalls Development Foundation virtual 22nd annual Promise of Hope Fashion Reveal on April 18 will benefit the hospital’s comprehensive community-based cancer research program.

The event, from 5-7 p.m., will feature an exciting preview of 2021 spring fashions, a silent auction to enjoy in the comfort of one’s home and updates on cancer research and clinical trials at UChicago Medicine Ingalls Memorial.

The Promise of Hope Fashion Reveal, usually held in person each year, is virtual and free of charge for all, although a $45 donation is suggested for the Ingalls Cancer Research Program.

Registration is required to view the event at cancercure.givesmart.com. Once registered, participants will receive a Zoom link to enter the event.

Opportunities are available for a tribute or honorary gift/ad to celebrate a survivor, honor a fighter, or pay tribute to a loved one. Supporters can make donations or participate in the auction by visiting cancercure.givesmart.com or by calling 708-915-6153 for information.

Cancer research helps discover new ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer. Staff at UChicago Medicine Ingalls Memorial actively explore the possibilities, looking carefully and thoroughly for innovative methods and treatments to address the needs of people living with and fighting cancer. The Promise of Hope event helps support Ingalls’ cancer research and clinical trials.
