SUPPORT LOCAL ARTS – Today’s the final day of a silent auction benefitting the Center for Performing Arts at Governors State University. Items include entertainment and dining experiences, gift certificates and original artwork. Proceeds go to a fund supporting scholarships, student workers, international touring, social awareness programming, summer theater camp, community artist platforms and venue improvements.

CAREGIVERS CONNECTING – Pathlights invites caregivers of older adults to connect at a virtual event at 10 a.m. Wednesday. The nonprofit, which supports older adults and their families, hosts the Caregivers Connecting group on the third Wednesday of each month.
